Mr. C – For 15 years Mr. C has played a pivotal role in dance music. As a popstar with international pop-techno pranksters The Shamen, Mr C headlined Glastonbury and reached Number One - all with a knowing nod and a wink. As an underground DJ, producer and protagonist, Mr C has been there from acid house's early days, through the creation of 'tech house', to helping redraw dance music's future with his shiny, metallic London club The End.

Francis "Adultnapper" Harris - the man behind NYC's Matter:/Form Records both as producer and A&R man, as well as the host DJ of Matter:/Form club nights and the now legendary "Overboard" boat parties. Apart from the Slags project his work Adultnapper, inspired by his DJ sets, sit somewhere between minimal, acid and electro house and has become staples for many of the world’s top DJ's.

Together as the Sycophant Slags, Mr. C and Francis Harris began their sonic journey a little over a year ago and have not looked back. With releases on Sex on Wax plus Mr. C's own Superfreq & End Recordings imprints they've established a brooding, moody electronic sound. The Slags' latest offering for Hallucination Limited continues on that path with two tracks that sound as timely as they are timeless!

"Dharma Fields" - With haunting melodies and what is now signature Sycophant Slags production , "Dharma Fields" really conjures up a moment on the dance floor. The groove doesn't quit as it plays like a lost classic without losing site of the here and now. It’s one of the Slags' favorites and featured on Three's label mix CD Three : Hallucienda.

"Crawl Up" - A tough tech-house number riding on a growling analogue bassline and Nitzer Ebb-like keys while still maintaining the hypnotic element that ultimately defines this release. Peaktime business that needs to be heard loud.
