- All of our products are carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit. Hallucination & Hallucination Media uses the United States Postal Service for all shipments to provide our customers with the lowest rates available and the best service. Please refer to the Shipping Rates for information regarding domestic shipping rates and shipping options. Orders are shipped on Mondays and Thursdays of each week You can also contact us if you have any futher questions.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail Shipping Confirmation from us. We will include the Tracking number so that you may track your order.
Note: If you ordered a ticket to one of our shows, the ticket will NOT be shipped. All tickets are will-call and your name will be placed on a list at the door of the venue the night of the event.

Possible reasons for replacement.
- Any merchandise that was damaged during transit will be replaced.
- Any merchandise that was shipped in error will be replaced.
- Incorrect clothing size will be replaced with product of equal or lesser value
Items that are returned more than 30 days after it was received will not be accepted.
